What brought you to Goldlilys' Site?

I was thinking back on how I started using the site and I wonder...what lead everyone to the site we all know and love? How long have you been here since your first arrival?

I'll tell my story later, because I am WAY to tired to go on >.<, but please do share!

hmmm..Let's see. i was looking for a manga.. not quite sure which was it but i think it was Hana Kimi. i clicked on 'past manga downloads' and im like speechless after i was a large list of manga downloads. This was about...half a year ago? i didn't return for a while because i was preoccupied with watching animes. I've been checking out mangas recently in the site and i noticed theres a forum and voila, here i am! ^_^

i know goldlilys site for quite a while but didnt register in the forum until now. I'm glad i did though =]

Hmmm...cant rightly remember wat i was searching for..but..thru sheer dumb luck...i found goldlilys site :love5:
that was wen it was still in its old site...nt 110mb...but the previous 1..den few days after i found it...goldlilys said it was moving to a new site..lol...tats how long i've been in the site...lazy to count how many days was it :P

Hehe. well everyone GOT HERE.

I found the site when I was looking for Mars I was like SO HAPPY I found it before she moved to the new server, quite a bit of time before she did before the other one too, right when she had switched to the old one, and I remember before I had finished downloading all of Mars SOMETHING went wrong, and the links weren't working(along with some other links) But they eventually worked and I got to read it, also I was so amazed by all the other manga's I figured I'd give them ago, and there hasn't been one yet I don't like! <3

A friend gave me the link to the website so that I could download Hana Yori Dango. I've been crazy about downloading manga since then. It was a month or two ago. ^__^

I'm not sure what manga I was searching for that time when I landed on Goldlily's :headbang: site. But when I explore the site I was like 0_o whoa ... there's a lot of manga downloads o_0 :love10: and that was it for me. I bookmarked the site since then. And when she was looking for help (uploaders) in the old site, that was the time I started uploading since I found treasures err ... I mean manga that I've been looking for ages in her site. Guess that's my story why I'm here. :icon_biggrin: (",)

Hmm... I've been trying to recall just how I found Goldlily's site, but somehow, I just can't (even though I found it just last November). I do remember that I was looking for downloads of Othello [manga] at the time, though. I must say, this site a manga fan's life saver. =^^=

Actually, I stumbled on the old Goldlily's site first. I was looking good asian dramas to watch (I specifically wanted a ranked list) and came upon the old site that had exactly what I was looking for (the dramas even matched my tastes). So I kept referring back to that old site. Then, I want to say a few weeks later, I realized that there was a manga downloads button on the sidebar and pressed it...and here I am. This was about a two weeks ago (when I found this current site). And I have to say, this is probably the best download site ever! It has everything I could possibly want in regards to entertainment (beyond downloads). Not to mention that this forum is more sophisticated (in terms of services, like a spell check, etc.) than any forum I have participated to date. It's a pity more people don't post!

The same goes here. I was looking for Kare kano, and was quite upset, couse I couldn't find it anywhere. And than i got here :toothy2:

For me I was actually looking for required programs for unraring , because I had previously downloaded a .rar file and I was clueless on how to get it to work.I found a link on some manga site or was it google.Well I complety fogot because I was in my "must finish what I started mode".When I saw all the manga Goldlilly's Media Gallery I was more interested in downloading manga then actually finding a unrar program.
