Appare Jipangu sidestory by LuLu link doesnt work

I pressed into the link for Appare Jipangu sidestory by LuLu (by Watase Yuu) and it took me to another page to download the file. I waited for the time it needed in order to download the file, but after the count down ended, the link to the file never appeared. Please help!
