I tend to prefer Megaupload since it just feels like its a bit safer a place to get my files from. But as long as the client doesn't seem too shady, I'm a happy camper.

For me it was looking for specific manga that I can't seem to find anywhere else. Being able to download and read at my leisure is a big bonus for me.
