I'll be graduating from high school next month (WEE~! xD) and I'll be taking off for college after 3 months. I'm more excited than nervous... haha. My classmates are still undecided what course to take... and it's kinda weird that I already plan to take bs computer science since grade school. lol. I have one problem though... i only took 2 college entrance exams and both of them have standards that are kinda high(I know... that's a stupid thing to do). But luckily, I passed one of them, but the course is bs mathematics.  :crybaby2:
My mom told me to take it for one semester then shift to bs cs... coz it'll be useful in the future. Do you think it's ok for me to take it? Any advice? >.<

What, you're just starting college? Hehe, while I'm already finishing college. Oh as an advice since I am also a BS Computer Science major, my university is highly competitive especially with CS majors as a compacted major (too many ppl want to major in it but at the same time many people also want to drop out of it). So if you don't get in the major your first year, the only way to get in the major your second year is to do REALLY REALLY well in all of your classes the first year then change your major to computer science. Even if you major is mathematics for your first year, you should still be allowed to take CS classes. That way you are not behind with the rest of your classmates once you do change majors. But then again, I don't know how the rules are in Philippines. In college, many people change majors all the time as long as you are still not undecided on your junior year then you'll be fine.

Oh.. so it's just a matter or major thingy. So I can still take up cs classes even if i'm bs math. xD Thanks~! Well in the phils. I always hear that undecided people shift courses all the time. >.<
