In cases like these, when anyone post or requests in the wrong topics, just lock it. This request will also be invalid and ignored until nabuer request in the correct section and as a punishment until nabuer posts 2 more times.

It's easy to tell that this person does not follow rules and will only request once and leave the forum forever. Plus it is a general requests courtesy in all forums that you must NEVER EVER urgently request someone to upload something. Be polite to uploaders and we'll treat you the same way.  :icon_salut:
